This is what I got when trying to start xfree86 4.4.0: Therefore I manually enriched XF86Config-4 with ModulePath “/usr/bin/snap/X11/4.3.0” and Driver “scitech”. AMD released a hotfix for the Crimson drivers, 16.8.2, with specific support for No Mans Sky, however, even after installing, OpenGL Extensions Viewer still shows my machine only supporting 4.4 with the Radeon 7870 on the summary page. I signed up, built and downloaded, but I couldn’t get it to run with xfree86.
